Who we are

Which Hobby is run by Zavicom B.V., the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 80564968 (full company details). Zavicom B.V. is the controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@whichhobby.com.

What we collect and why

• Quiz answers. Your answers are processed only in your browser to show your result. We do not store or send them.
• Email address (only once email sign-up opens; it is not open yet and nothing you type is stored or sent). We will use it to send the starter plan you asked for, and occasional beginner tips only if you tick the separate box. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)).
• Visit statistics. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies at the moment. If we add a privacy-friendly, cookie-free statistics tool, we will name it here first.

Affiliate links

Some links to online courses are affiliate links. When you click one, you go to the course provider (for example Domestika) and that site may set its own cookies to record that you came from us. Their privacy policy applies there. We receive a commission on purchases, never your payment details.

Who processes your data for us

• Hosting: Railway Corp. (United States), which serves the website and keeps standard server logs such as IP address and time of request.
• Email delivery: none yet. We will name the provider here before email sign-up opens.

Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time, object to processing, or ask for a copy. Email hello@whichhobby.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Fonts and third parties

Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading this site does not send your IP address to a font provider.
